I recently purchased a new home and did not relish the stress of finding a window treatment company. My big fear would be wasting time with companies charging too much or companies with shoddy workmanship. With my last house, I went with a cheap company, and many of my blinds on doors detached partially due to use.
My first call to get an estimate was actually to RMC, and though I made subsequent calls to other companies, I felt compelled to hire RMC to handle my house due to Robert's friendliness and expertise. I went with a combination of both blinds and shutters, and Robert quoted a fair price that I accepted. He even made key recommendations, such as the treatment on our backdoor, to ensure it stayed attached properly for the life of the home.
On the install date, Robert and his crew arrived promptly on time and handled the job professionally and smoothly. There was actually an issue with the parts company improperly measuring one of the shutters, and Robert quickly promised to be out the next week to install the remeasured shutter. Also, he volunteered to come back yet another time to install longer blinds cords, as there were a few windows where the supplier provided too little string to easily reach the cords. After wrangling the supplier on my behalf for over a month, he delivered as promised.
The entire time, Robert was extremely reachable via email or text, and I never felt like I was getting scammed or mistreated. He offered for me to reach out at any time if there's any more questions or issues, but after examining all the quality installation on each window, I have little doubt that these will stand the test of time.
