Moving into a new house brings with it lots of purchases and expenses that have stress and dollar signs written all over it. It's a pleasure to say that when we were looking for plantation shutters and other window coverings, when dealing with Robert Campbell, the owner of RMC Solar Screens, it was a pleasant and productive experience. Rob's demeanor allowed us to focus on design, colors, and styles, and not the negative things we have almost gotten accustomed to when dealing with other vendors.
Rob is a straight shooter, whose years of experience enable him to direct his clients to the products that are right for them. His ability to customize, and not immediately link dollars signs to that process allowed us to select high quality custom products in a reasonable price range.
He must have come to the house (while under construction) on 4 or 5 separate occasions to discuss and work on product selection, always with a positive attitude and pleasant demeanor. Upon installation he accommodated our closing and move-in schedule requests, and had no problem working around some builder-related delays.
We are thrilled with the final product and would highly recommend Rob and RMC Solar Screens for any blinds and shutter needs you might have.
